Camp North EndDescription
Know how to thread your sewing machine, but not sure what to make first? Sew your first sewing project with Lindsey Johns, owner of Inside the Hem. In this class, she’ll instruct you on how to sew to the entire bag from start to finish. You’ll leave class with a completed bag that you can immediately use on quick errands like the Farmer’s Market or as a quick toss-and-go for day trips.
Materials
For this class, you will need a tested and working sewing machine, 2 yards of fabric, matching thread, an empty bobbin, and a universal sewing machine needle. A detailed material list will be shared upon registration.
Who Should Take This Class?
This class is perfect for beginner sewers who are interested in learning how to create a beginner friendly sewing project. A basic understanding of how to use your sewing machine including being able to thread it on your own is required. For a more in-depth dive into using a sewing machine, we recommend taking our Get Started Sewing class (offered monthly). Our next one is May 7, 2024.
