We’ll cover how to best fit this routine into your lifestyle and even get hands-on practice by prepping your lunch for the next two days. It’s time to ditch the Sunday meal prep marathon and take-out food and save your time, money, and sanity by efficiently prepping tasty food at home.
Materials
We'll be prepping salad-in-a-jar options to take care of your lunch for the next two days! We'll have some tasty add-ins available, but feel free to bring your favorite salad topping and/or dressing.
