In this class, Mara Norris, Senior Specialist and Cooking Instructor at Salud Cooking School will guide us through a hands-on lesson in whipping up mouth-watering churros and eclairs that are made to perfection. We'll learn how to master making and baking the tricky confection as well as filling, topping, and even frying it!
