Intrigued by aerial fitness, but not sure where to start or if it's for you? Now is the time to come give it a try! In this introductory level class, we'll learn the basics of aerial fitness, gain a comfort level with the silks, and be guided through how to use the skills to advance a workout.
Materials
Please bring some water and a small towel with you; AIR will supply the mats. Class is done barefoot, and it is recommend to wear pants/capris and a tighter fitting top.
Who Should Take This Class?
Beginners welcome and encouraged! It is helpful, but not required, to have some fundamentals in fitness and/or dance. Please note that we will go upside down in this class!
