We’ll cover Moroccan Harcha and tomato and eggplant based zaalouk spread, then move onto Israeli Laffa and hummus, then wrap up with Greek pocket pitas and a Tzatziki sauce. Leave with the skills and recipes to take your appetizer game to a whole new level!
