In this class, we talk about what meditation truly is, the power of using your own breath and mantras to change your mental/emotional/physical state of being, how to handle your thoughts in meditation, establishing a routine, and much much more! You’ll walk away with 4-6 different meditations you can take home and practice on your own. Theses meditations are tools for your relaxation and self care toolbelt!
