Join Chef Rosana and explore a staple of Spanish cuisine with our tapas-style cooking class! In this class, we will focus on classic tapas dishes that you’ll want to make again and again. We will learn how to make Croquetas de Jamon (Ham Croquettes), Pan con Tomate (Tomato Bread), and Patatas Bravas (Spicy Aioli Potatoes).
To follow along with the class, you'll need ham, eggs, flour, an assortment of spices and vegetables, and a few other easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
