New to fermentation or curious but hesitant you’ll mess something up? Join Sarah Arrazola, owner of St. Pete Ferments, in this beginner level workshop where you'll begin your journey into the microbial world. In this class, you will learn basic concepts, how fermentation works, and how to make your very own fermented sauerkraut. By the end of class, you'll have the confidence to continue exploring your own fermentation journey!

Materials

To follow along with the class, you'll need a wide mouth jar, cutting board, sea salt, and a few other accessible materials. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials and ingredients upon registration.
