Have you ever wanted to start running but didn’t know where to begin? This beginner's running class is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of running in a supportive and structured environment. Led by an experienced RRCA-certified run coach, this class will focus on proper warm-up techniques, running form, and gradually building endurance. You'll also learn about essential gear, injury prevention, and goal-setting to help you develop a sustainable running routine. We won't be going for a run in this class, but you'll have all the tools and information you need to lace up and get started! Whether you're a complete novice or looking to refine your technique, this class provides the perfect foundation for embracing the joy of running!
