Yes! Once you register, you’ll get an email detailing everything you need to know -- venue information and directions, materials, and more. You’ll also receive a quick reminder email a day before the class. Be sure to check your Trash, Spam, and Promotions folders just in case our emails are delivered there instead of your inbox.
SkillPop provides everything you need for the majority of our classes. If no materials are listed in your initial confirmation email, you can just bring yourself!
In order to help us best prepare for our classes, please email us at info@skillpop.com if you are unable to attend your class. If you notify us at least 48 hours before the class start time, we can issue a credit for the full class price to use toward a future SkillPop class. Within 48 hours of the class start time, we’re unable to offer credits. However, you’re always welcome to sell or gift your ticket to a friend. All SkillPop tickets are non-refundable.
Yes! You’re welcome to gift or sell your ticket to a friend if you can’t attend. Just have them check in under the original registration name.
We don't currently offer a waitlist, but the best way to grab a spot is to subscribe to our Tuesday newsletter here. Subscribers see new sessions before they're announced anywhere else. If a spot opens up in an existing class, it will become available on our website automatically.
Our general policy requires that attendees are at least 10 years of age and those aged 15 or under should have a parent/guardian to accompany them. Some of our classes do have specific age limits, so please be sure to check the details for the specific class you're interested in attending.
Absolutely! Gift cards are available here. They do not expire and can be used towards any upcoming classes or shop items.
Redeeming your gift card is simple! Start by adding the class or classes you’re interested in to your cart. When you're ready to check out, look for the gray box labeled "Gift Card Code" and copy and paste your unique code - including the dash - directly into the box.
New jobs are always posted on our blog as well as on social media. We’re a small team but always looking to meet hardworking people who love learning! If you don’t see an opening but think you’re the perfect fit for what we’re doing, send us a note.
We are always accepting proposals for new classes! If you have experience in a skill that you would love to teach/share, we’d love to hear more. Think of your class proposal as an overview of how you would like to structure and design a two-hour class. Great things to include in your proposal would be: an outline of the topic(s) you want to teach, what students should expect to learn, materials required (and cost, if possible!), and anything else you feel like we should know! Once you’ve arranged your proposal, you can submit it here. From there, we will review it and see if your class proposal sounds like a good fit for our upcoming class schedule! Due to high volume of submissions, we’re unable to respond to every proposal but will reach out if we have capacity to add your class.
