Are you bringing back in-person classes?
We do not currently have any in-person classes on the schedule. Keep an eye on our weekly newsletter for future in-person class announcements!
Are these live or pre-recorded?
Live! You'll engage with the class in real time, ask the teacher questions, and chat with your classmates. However, every class includes a replay. If the date and time of the live class don’t work for you, you can still sign up and watch on your own time.
Will I be on video?
The platform we use for most of our classes is one-way, meaning that you'll see the teacher but the teacher won't see you (so sit back and relax!). A small percentage of classes are hosted on Zoom instead; if a class is held on Zoom, we’ll specify that in the class listing and you’ll have the option to keep your video & audio turned off.
Do I need to download any software?
Nope! In most cases, we use a web-based platform that you can log into with the click of a link (emailed to you upon registration). If you're watching the class on your an iPhone, there's also an app you can use. If we do host any classes requiring a software download, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes! As soon as you register, you’ll receive a digital receipt and a separate confirmation email detailing everything you need to know -- class links, login information, recommended materials and more. You’ll also receive a reminder email the morning of class. If you don’t see an email from us, check your Trash, Spam, and Promotions folders just in case it was delivered there instead of your inbox.
What if I cannot attend my SkillPop Anywhere class?
Great news! Our SkillPop Anywhere classes will be available to you after class as a replay. You can use the same link and password from your confirmation email to access the class, and from there you should be able to watch the video back. SkillPop Anywhere classes are non-refundable.
Will there be a replay of my class?
Yes! Every SkillPop Anywhere class includes a replay (unless otherwise noted). You’ll automatically receive replay access via email the day after your class is scheduled.

A SkillPop class would be a totally awesome gift for my friend/mom/coworker/mail carrier. Can I get them a gift card?
Absolutely! Gift cards are available in our Shop. They do not expire and can be used towards any upcoming classes or shop items.
