Are you interested in meal planning, but not sure where to start? Maybe you’ve given it a try but couldn’t figure out a routine to stick with. In this class, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Lindsey Joe of The Meal Planning Method will provide tips and tools for saving time and money while eating healthier. We’ll eliminate some of the intimidating stereotypes surrounding meal planning as we learn some accessible tried-and-true methods for making long-lasting dietary changes for yourself and your family. We’ll get hands-on practice developing an approachable meal plan while we have access to Lindsey’s knowledge and tips to guide us through the process. Plan to leave this class with the knowledge and confidence to successfully implement meal planning into your regular routine, and plenty of take-home resources to support you along the way!
To get the most out of this class, please bring your calendar/planner and a writing utensil. Prior to attending this course, to help Lindsey prepare and tailor the class for attendees - we do ask that you take a few minutes to fill out a quick survey. Keep an eye out for a link provided via email!
