Description

Celebrate classic cocktail recipes that are the foundation of modern mixology in this hands-on class at Halcyon, Flavors from the Earth! After learning a brief history of each cocktail and watching a demonstration from one of Halcyon’s mixologists, participants will have a chance to create and enjoy their own classic cocktails. By the end of class, students will have a better understanding of basic mixology techniques and will be able to recreate 3 classic cocktails at home.
