Adobe Illustrator is arguably THE design program for creating an almost unlimited variety of print-ready graphics using shapes, type, color, pattern, and more! This foundational course will provide you with an interactive software tour to begin your development as an Illustrator designer. Plus, resources will be provided to continue your learning beyond the allotted class time.
Materials
No computer is required for this class! We'll be hosted by the Digital Charlotte lab at Queens University; you'll be able to use an iMac with the Adobe Suite already installed.
Who Should Take This Class?
This class is intended for those new to Illustrator (and/or the Adobe Creative Suite) who are interested in the program to create custom graphics themselves — particularly marketing professionals looking to "dip their toes" into DIY design or novice designers interested in a new resource or refresher.
