In this class, local cheese artist & caterer, Tori Tippin (owner of @CLTCheeseChick), will teach you the tips and tricks of styling the perfect holiday cheese board. You'll learn the art of placement, cutting, board size, pairings and, of course, the classic salami river as Tori creates an Instagram-worthy board to share during class. You'll end by working with an array of cheeses and charcuterie to style your own small holiday-themed board to take home.
