Gold Leaf Abstract Art

It’s time to channel your inner artist and add a touch of glam! In this class, local abstract artist Kelly Aiken of Copeley Designs will walk us through the step-by-step process to create our own vibrant and bold abstract paintings complete with accents of gold leafing. We’ll learn brush and palette knife techniques as we create our own custom 16x20” canvas to take home and show off. Plan to leave with a new piece to add a gorgeous touch to your home decor and the skills to continue creating!

All materials will be provided, but note that painting can get a bit messy! Feel free to bring an apron or smock, otherwise please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty - acrylic paint stains clothes! If you're looking for a specific look, we recommend bringing inspiration photos saved to your phone as a starting point.

This class is a great option for everyone! No experience required.
