From creating a custard base to churning into solid ice cream, students will experience ice cream making from start to finish, tasting at various stages throughout the entire process. Plus, you'll develop the knowledge and skills to continue developing your own unique flavor creations at home! Sidney will also take you behind the scenes of Two Scoops and the process of commercial ice cream making. SkillPop will provide all the supplies for this class, but please note that dairy products will be used and closed-toed shoes are required.
