Pie dough can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be! In this small-group class with Keia from Milk Glass Pie, you'll learn how to make a tender, flaky pie crust from scratch with our own hands. Keia will walk you through her recipe, share a demonstration of making the crust from scratch, and will share her tips for rolling out dough and crimping a pretty crust. Then, you'll make your own pie dough to take home and bake!
Please bring an apron and a rolling pin to this class; everything else will be provided.
