In this hands-on class, you'll work with Chef Alisha Pierri to learn the secrets behind spiking ganache or adding booze to your fillings. Plus, you’ll practice filling and frosting cupcakes with the latest techniques! You'll leave with some new skills, cupcakes to take home, and key recipes to recreate later.
