Grab your apron, it's time to make pasta! Chef Pam of The Thyme Savor will walk you through from start to finish how to make fresh pasta using two different techniques, complete with cooking and savoring your own. Included will be a test of your fresh batch versus grocery store packaged fresh and dried. We'll discuss different sauces, simple and complex, using fresh herbs and making flavored pastas. You will pick up a few tips in the kitchen along the way too!
