Curious about growing food inside, at home? If you're limited on the amount of sun you have outside OR you caught the food growing bug and want to keep growing through the winter, then this class is for you. Farmer Erin, owner of The Patio Farmer will cover the basics of growing low-light edible crops like microgreens and mushrooms as well as introducing at home hydroponics systems, and other ways of growing food indoors. We will also do a deep dive on starting seeds indoors to get you ready for spring! The best part - Farmer Erin will guide you through a seeding session and you'll leave class with your very own sprouting tray to start your indoor garden!
