Who doesn't love a special keepsake featuring their sweet pet? In this class, artist Aimee-Rose Wilson will guide students through the process of creating a custom pet portrait using acrylic paint on a pre-drawn canvas. Plan to leave with more knowledge and familiarity of this artistic process along with a custom painting of one of your favorite furry friends.

Materials

Please send a digital photo of the pet you’d like to paint for your portrait to info@skillpop.com at least 72 hours before class so Aimee-Rose can prep your individual canvas by pre-drawing your pet. Also, note that acrylic paints can be messy and may stain clothing! Feel free to bring an apron or smock, otherwise please wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.
