Ever wanted to have a little backyard garden to grown your own veggies, but didn't know where to start or what to plant? Well, this is the class for you! This class will be lead by George Dubose of Reedy River Farms, and he'll be walking us through the steps of how to convert a small backyard space into a thriving vegetable garden. Discussing things like seed selection, planting and bed prep... you may not have a green thumb, but you'll definitely leave the class with a new confidence and appreciation for starting your own garden.

Materials

SkillPop and Reedy River Farms are happy to supply all materials needed for this class. Please be prepared to get a little dirty though (we'll be on a farm) and bring a notepad if you'd like to take notes.
