Handlettered Chalkboard Signs

Fall is upon us! It's the season for gathering to spend time with your favorite people. What better way to get your home ready for the upcoming festivities than with your own chalkboard sign? In this class, handlettering artist and teacher Kaley Olson will walk us through the fundamentals of handlettering, then guide us through the process of creating our very own chalkboard sign complete with a custom lettered message. Kaley will have options for prewritten go-to phrases, or students can get creative and come up with their own! We'll learn to add decorative flourishes to make this the perfect piece to hang at home or give as a gift. You will leave with a completed personalized sign, as well as your own chalk marker to continue creating when you get home!
