AIRĀ® Aerial FitnessDescription
Intrigued by aerial fitness, but not sure where to start or if it's for you? Now is the time to come give it a try! In this introductory level aerial fitness/aerial yoga fusion class with AIRĀ® Charlotte, you'll gain a comfort level with the skills, and be guided through how to use the skills to advance a workout. This class will introduce you to aerial exercises on hammocks, while emphasizing basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on aerial hammocks.
Materials
Please bring some water and a small towel with you; AIR will supply the mats. Class is done barefoot, and it is recommend to wear pants/capris and a tighter fitting top.
