Cocktail Making Basics

Want to be dubbed as ‘bartender’ amongst your friends without the late nights and hours on your feet? Roots Café is known for their R.E.M (Roots Espresso Martini)—so join us in learning what makes a great martini! You'll have the opportunity to craft two full cocktails: our signature espresso martini and a customized version of the classic. You’ll gain some basic bartending knowledge and learn a bit of history behind the drink. Expect a hands-on experience—and some delicious sips!

This class is great for beginners! We will cover general equipment uses and some intro to bartending knowledge. All participants for this class must be 21 years or older.
