You’ll leave feeling equipped with tips and knowledge to tackle the world of meal planning from the grocery store all the way to the dining table.

Blush Nutrition & SkillPop are happy to provide all materials needed for this class. All students will be provided with resources to take home including a weekly meal planner and some recipes to try! Feel free to bring along your favorite recipes to reference if desired.
