Sourdough Breadmaking

Curious about making your own sourdough but not sure where to start? Join us for an interactive, demonstration-based class where you'll learn the entire sourdough process—from feeding and maintaining a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a beautiful loaf. Ginger will walk you through each step with helpful tips and visuals and there will be time for questions. While most of the class is observation-focused, there will be an opportunity for some hands-on participation. You’ll also learn about the essential tools used in sourdough baking so you know exactly what you need to get started at home. Each student will take home their own starter and a detailed instruction sheet to begin baking with confidence.

Please bring your preferred method of note taking. Students will receive a sourdough starter to take home.
