Are you familiar with the concept of mindfulness? In instructor Lucie House's words, it's "paying attention on purpose." She's been practicing and teaching mindfulness for 5+ years and will be sharing with us more about what it is, how it works and how it can be used with meditation to reduce stress and increase happiness and well-being. We'll break the concepts of mindfulness and meditation down and help you find approachable and easy ways to practice both on your own during the day.
