Intro to Cookie Decorating

Ready to try your hand in one of the most delicious types of art? In this class, Kate Risher from Wild Blueberry Bakeshop will guide us through the process of decorating cookies with royal icing. We’ll get plenty of hands-on practice including coloring icing, mixing the icing to the proper consistencies, and practicing several decorating techniques. Plan to leave class with a handful of decorated cookies and more knowledge and confidence to continue practicing and creating at home!
