Beginner Hand Embroidery

Have you ever considered trying your hand in hand embroidery, but weren’t quite sure where to start? In this class, local embroidery artist Valerie Evans of Plaid Love Threads will provide guided hands on instruction as we work to create a fun piece of hoop art. We’ll learn and practice basic stitches and gain plenty of tips and resources to help continue our exploration in embroidery after class. By the end of class, you’ll be working on an embroidery pattern designed just for you, and you’ll leave with the basic skills and materials to complete your own unique work of art.
