Join Natalie Creeden, yogi, Certified Meditation Instructor who’s been practicing and studying mindfulness, meditation and yoga for over 18 years. In this class, we talk about what meditation truly is, the power of using your own breath and mantras to change your mental/emotional/physical state of being, how to handle your thoughts in meditation, establishing a routine, and much much more! You’ll walk away with 4-6 different meditations you can take home and practice on your own. Theses meditations are tools for your relaxation and self care toolbelt!

Who Should Take This Class?
This virtual class is open to anyone! After registering, you’ll receive a unique link to access the workshop. Please note that we’re using Zoom for this workshop, and each student will have the option to be on video to interact with the teacher. While most of our SkillPop Anywhere classes are recorded and sent as a replay after class, our Meditation Basics class will not be recorded. Since we use Zoom for this particular class, we do not record to respect the privacy of all participants.
