As we move into the cooler weather, pull out the sweaters, turn on the fire places and cozy up with seasonal dishes, let's uncork the red wines and get swirling! In this class we'll move beyond Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir and discover some new and lesser known varieties, regions and buying options. Kristy will also walk you through a tasting of three red wines ranging from light to full body and how they pair with seasonal dishes.
Feeling adventurous? Bring along three reds - a Pinot Noir, a Chianti Classico and a Cabernet Sauvignon. Or keep it simple and just bring along your favorite red to sip through class.
Who Should Take This Class?
This virtual class is open to anyone! After registering, you'll receive a unique link & password to access the workshop. You'll be able to ask questions, interact with the teacher and engage with other students during class, and a replay will be available to watch again for all enrolled students.
