Learn why brunch is Chef Rosana's favorite part of the weekend! In this class, we’ll go step by step in building the perfect brunch at home. We will learn how to poach eggs to perfection and build a delicious classic Eggs Benedict. To end class, we will create a Strawberry Shortcake French Toast - all from scratch!
To follow along with the class, you'll need flour, salt, water, fresh eggs, and a few other easily accessible ingredients. We'll send out a detailed list of recommended materials before class. These materials are not required and are not brand specific.
