Learn why brunch is Chef Rosana’s favorite part of the weekend! In this class, she'll walk you step-by-step through building the perfect brunch at home. She'll cover how to poach eggs to perfection and build a delicious classic Eggs Benedict. To end class, you'll create a Strawberry Shortcake French Toast - all from scratch!
To follow along with the class, you'll need flour, salt, water, fresh eggs, and a few other easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
This class is great for anyone who enjoys brunch and wants to step up their at-home brunch game. All skill levels are welcome!
