In this class, she’ll walk us through creating a classic, easy-to-make filling. Then, we’ll assemble the handpies together from start to finish. Learn all of Keia’s tips and tricks for making these handheld pies and bring these individual pockets of joy to your table!
To follow along with the class, you'll need one batch of pre-made pie dough, a rolling pin, paring knife, eggs, cinnamon, and a few other easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out an easy-to-follow recipe and list of additional materials upon registration.
Who Should Take This Class?
This class is great for anyone looking to up their pie game! All skill levels welcome, but taking our Pie Dough from Scratch class or having beginner-level experience with making pie dough is recommended.
