Street Tacos from Scratch

Learn to cook one of the trendiest and most flavorful Mexican street tacos, Quesa Birria Tacos. In this class, Chef Rosana will demonstrate and guide us step by step in making these street tacos from scratch. She’ll also create red wine pickled onions and taco garnishes to pair with your tacos. By the end of class, you will have created your own Quesa Birria Tacos and be able to enjoy the best tacos you will ever prepare!

To follow along with the class, you'll need a large sauce pan, blender, wooden spoon, and a few other easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
