Join Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, as she teaches you how to shape and bake a show-stopping Raspberry Almond Star Bread. You'll make the dough together (no stand mixer required) and then Emily will demonstrate shaping the bread. She'll also chat through some bread making basics, including tried and true techniques for fluffy, soft loaves. Because your dough will need time to rest in the fridge, Emily recommends baking your bread after 6-18 hours.
To follow along during class, you'll need a pastry brush, baking sheet, measuring spoons, and a few easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
