You'll make the dough together (no stand mixer required) and then Emily will demonstrate shaping the bread. She'll also chat through some bread making basics, including tried and true techniques for fluffy, soft loaves. Because your dough will need time to rest in the fridge, Emily recommends baking your bread after 6-18 hours.
