In this class, you’ll make fresh pasta dough, learn the tips and tricks for using a pasta rolling machine, and learn how to incorporate fresh herbs into your pasta dough. After cutting your finished dough into beautiful ribbons, Emily will show you how to make a quick and easy primavera sauce - the perfect way to showcase your favorite spring and summer veggies.
To follow along during class, you'll need a pasta rolling machine, cutting board, sauce pan, measuring spoons and a few easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
