Join CEO of Royal Change Fitness, Sydney Cummings, as she takes you through a 3-part class to demonstrate how you can achieve all your health goals by working out at home. In this class, we'll start with a beginner level workout and mobility stretch, then Sydney will share tips and tricks to ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts and nutrition, and we'll close out class with plenty of time for Q&A. By the end of class, you'll have the tools and confidence to take your nutrition and workout routine to the next level!

To follow along with the class, you'll need comfortable clothing to move in and a bottle of water as well as your preferred method of note taking.
