Join Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, as she walks through the process of making soft pretzels. She'll guide you step-by-step as you make the pretzel dough together. Then, Emily will demonstrate the many ways to shape the pretzels and cover the technique that gives them their signature "pretzel flavor" and dark golden brown finish. You'll end class by making a cheese sauce from scratch that will pair perfectly with your handmade pretzels.
We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration. Note: Your dough will need to rest for 60 - 90 minutes, so plan to make the dough during class, watch Emily complete the full process and then finish up on your own later! As always, you'll have access to the replay for this class as soon as it's over.
