In this class, you will learn basic concepts, how fermentation works, and how to make your very own fermented sauerkraut. Materials
To follow along with the class, you'll need a wide mouth jar, cutting board, sea salt, and a few other accessible materials. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials and ingredients upon registration.
