Taught byEmily Trotochaud
Join culinary instructor Emily Trotochaud as she teaches you how to bake delicious cinnamon buns! These perfect, fluffy, pillowy treats might seem like a daunting morning project, but an overnight rest lets you sleep in a little longer and makes the process even easier, too. You'll make the dough together (no stand mixer required) and then Emily will demonstrate how to finish your overnight buns, including making a sweet cinnamon filling and cream cheese frosting. Plus, she’ll share tricks for cutting picture perfect buns and tips on how to tell when they’re ready for the oven. Because your dough will need time to rest in the fridge, Emily recommends baking your cinnamon buns after 6-18 hours.
