You'll make the dough together (no stand mixer required) and then Emily will demonstrate how to finish your overnight buns, including making a sweet cinnamon filling and cream cheese frosting. Plus, she’ll share tricks for cutting picture perfect buns and tips on how to tell when they’re ready for the oven. Because your dough will need time to rest in the fridge, Emily recommends baking your cinnamon buns after 6-18 hours.
