Tune into the flow of your breath and let it guide you on a journey through your inner landscape! Join Allison Modafferi, Be Yoga Collective owner + Yoga & Ayurveda teacher, as she covers the mechanics of breath and shares how mindful breathing can be a bridge to meditation. She'll also share several breathing techniques for stress-relief, centering, and focus with plenty of time for practice and Q+A. By the end of class, you'll have the tools to employ your breath to steady and ease your mind.
