Join Keia of Milk Glass Pie in creating a holiday pie from scratch. In the class, we'll delve into holiday flavors and techniques for making a crumb crust. Keia will guide us step by step in making an eggnog custard with gingersnap crust pie and also talk through a recipe for holiday quiche. These unique recipes are sure to impress and elevate your tastebuds!
To follow along with the class, be sure to have measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, and a whisk. You will also need 9" pie tins and access to a stovetop. A full ingredient and prep list will be emailed out upon registration.
Who Should Take This Class?
This class is open for anyone, but taking our Pie Dough from Scratch class or having beginner-level experience with making pie dough is recommended.
