Winter Cake Decorating

Join us to learn the basics of holiday cake decorating! In this interactive class, you'll decorate a trendy drip cake from start to finish alongside baker and decorator Hannah Roth. Plan to bake your cake layers before class; then, we'll start by making a homemade vanilla buttercream frosting together. After that you'll start learning key skills as we stack, fill, and decorate the cake, finishing with a “snow blanket” white drip and festive piped buttercream tree forest. By the end of class, you'll have a cake that's sure to impress yourself and loved ones over the Holiday season!

To follow along with the class, you'll need a mixer, turntable, piping tips, spatula, icing smoother, and a few other easily accessible materials. We'll send out a detailed list of recommended materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.

All skill levels are welcome and will enjoy this class. Beginners and anyone who wants to learn basic cake decorating techniques are encouraged!
