Description

Join Culinary Instructor and owner of 100 Days of Pasta, Emily Trotochaud, as she walks you through making classic egg pasta from scratch! In this class, you’ll make fresh pasta dough, learn the tips and tricks for using a pasta rolling machine, and cover a few of the many different shapes you can make with your pasta. In addition to the pasta, Emily will show you how step up your traditional red sauce game with a smoky, spicy Amatriciana Sauce.

Materials

To follow along during class, you'll need a pasta rolling machine, cutting board, sauce pan, measuring spoons and a few easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
