Join Culinary Instructor, Emily Trotochaud, of
100 Days of Pasta as she teaches you how to shape and bake a show-stopping Cinnamon Star Bread! You'll make the dough together (no stand mixer required) and then Emily will demonstrate shaping the bread. She'll also chat through some bread making basics, including tried and true techniques for fluffy, soft loaves. Because your dough will need time to rest in the fridge, Emily recommends baking your bread after 6-18 hours.
