Join Chef Rosana in learning the art of sushi making! From cooking the rice to rolling the sushi, she will take you step-by-step through the sushi making process. She’ll break down the perfect technique for making sushi and share the best tips and tricks on how to make the perfect rolls at home. By the end of class, you will have the skills and confidence to continue making your own sushi again and again!
To follow along with the class, you'll need a bamboo mat, rice paddle, sushi rice, sushi grade fish, and a few other easily accessible ingredients. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.
This class is perfect for anyone interested in learning the basics of making sushi. All skill levels are welcome!
