Cupcake Decorating Basics

Join baker and decorator Hannah Roth as she walks you through the basics of cupcake decorating! She’ll guide you step-by-step as you make a homemade vanilla buttercream frosting together. Then, you’ll practice alongside her as she teaches a variety of piping techniques. From using multiple colors to using decorating tips to add patterns and texture, she’ll cover it all! By the end of class, you’ll have the skills you need to continue practicing and a dozen beautifully decorated cupcakes to show off and enjoy.

To follow along with the class, make sure you have your cupcakes baked and cooled. You’ll also need a mixer, gel coloring, spatula, and piping tips. We’ll send out a detailed list of additional materials, ingredients, and recipes upon registration.

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn basic cupcake decorating techniques. All skill levels are welcome!
