Description

Illustrator and writer Haley Weaver draws and shares webcomics about anxiety + mental health to an audience of 300,000+ on her Instagram account @HaleyDrewThis. She has a knack for transforming universal (and sometimes overwhelming) feelings into digestible, relatable illustrations, and in this class, she’ll share her tips to help process tough feelings through drawing. Not a technical artist herself, Haley’s approach to doodling is entry level! Anyone can join in and learn how she approaches illustrated storytelling as well as practice some exercises to reflect on your feelings, and create something beautiful from them. This class will teach you how to untangle your feelings through illustration, ways to reframe your emotions (and be vulnerable with them!), and exercises that help ignite self reflection and discovery.

This class is part of our summer lineup of guest teachers. Click HERE to see them all!
